Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. Operator and scope

uidesign.best and related commercial waitlist activities for revoai.org are operated by Andac Guven sole proprietorship registered in Turkiye. These Terms apply to the website, dashboard, login flow, prompt generator, waitlist forms, exports, email communications triggered by your consent, and any connected landing pages, releases, or commercial notices that reference these Terms.

2. Acceptance and binding effect

By accessing the website, creating an account, logging in through Google, joining a waitlist, or using any export or dashboard feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service, must not submit any waitlist form, and must not create or continue an account session.

3. Service description

uidesign.best currently offers a design-prompt workflow, export formats, saved vibe storage, sharing utilities, and account-based dashboard functionality. revoai.org is presented through a waitlist and product-positioning flow and may later include access to model routing, agents, API-based usage, image generation, image-related rights, pricing plans, and related account privileges. Any roadmap, pricing preview, or feature description remains subject to change, throttling rules, fair-use limits, technical constraints, legal obligations, and commercial feasibility.

4. Accounts and authentication

Account access currently depends on Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your Google account, the devices used to access the service, and the accuracy of the identity information you submit. You may not share account access in a manner that bypasses intended plan, security, quota, or waitlist-control mechanisms. We may refuse or suspend access if identity, authorization, fraud, abuse, or compliance concerns arise.

5. Waitlists, consent, and commercial communication

The waitlist is a commercial lead channel and is not a casual newsletter toy. By ticking the required consent boxes and submitting a waitlist form, you authorize us to send launch notices, pricing updates, access invitations, service announcements, product changes, plan availability updates, promotional communications closely related to the relevant service, and follow-up messages needed to manage access or sales operations. Consent can be withdrawn where legally required, but withdrawal does not invalidate communications already sent, prior records of consent, or operational notices necessary for account or service administration.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct.
  • Attempt to bypass quotas, fair-use controls, route protections, or commercial restrictions.
  • Scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or automate the service in a way that creates operational risk.
  • Use bots or repeated loops to exploit low-cost plans, waitlists, or exports.
  • Upload, submit, or generate content that violates law, third-party rights, or platform safety rules.

7. Fair-use, quotas, and roadmap statements

Any mention of rights, quotas, daily usage, model access, API access, images, or plan previews is informational and not a promise of unlimited or irrevocable entitlements. We may adjust routes, quotas, model availability, agent access, eligibility rules, and usage policies to prevent abuse, protect margins, satisfy infrastructure limits, or comply with legal and provider obligations. Waitlist copy, pricing previews, or marketing pages do not override later operational policies, launch notes, pricing pages, invoices, or plan documentation.

8. Intellectual property and outputs

We retain all rights in the service, site structure, branding, product copy, software logic, dashboards, templates, and related materials, except where rights expressly belong to third parties. You retain rights you lawfully hold in your own prompts, uploaded materials, and original business inputs. Generated outputs may be probabilistic, derivative, incomplete, or non-exclusive. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial or legal use.

9. Public sharing, forks, and user content

Where the product offers sharing, forking, or public links, you are responsible for the material you publish. If you intentionally publish a vibe, prompt structure, or derivative publicly, you grant the service a non-exclusive right to host, display, cache, transmit, and reproduce that material as necessary to operate the feature. You also accept that public items may be viewed, referenced, or forked by others in accordance with the product design.

10. Data sharing and commercial partners

We may use vendors, contractors, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, email or CRM tools, payment processors, cloud storage partners, advertising partners, legal advisers, and strategic commercial partners in connection with the service. We may also disclose or transfer relevant records where necessary for partnership execution, business restructuring, assignment, sale, merger, financing, collection, fraud prevention, compliance, or defense of rights, subject to applicable law and contract controls.

11. Availability, suspension, and termination

The service may change, pause, rate-limit, or disappear at any time. We may deny, throttle, suspend, or terminate access immediately where abuse, fraud, risk, security issues, provider restrictions, chargeback exposure, reputational harm, compliance obligations, or economic unsustainability require it. We are not obliged to preserve every preview, beta access promise, or experimental feature indefinitely.

12. No warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, uninterrupted API access, model accuracy, output quality, export compatibility, and commercial suitability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, customers, or expected savings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the preceding three months or USD 25.

14. Governing language and updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised Terms. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
